Service Description

The Primordial Sound Meditation mantra technique is taught in two lessons which are approximately 60-90 minutes each in duration. Ideally they are taught in two consecutive days but can be modified to suit the students time schedule. LESSON ONE (60-90 minutes): You will be instructed in the basic principles of meditation, including its history and the importance of the mantra technique. LESSON TWO (60-90 minutes): You will receive your personal Primordial Sound Meditation mantra calculated from Vedic astrology at the time of your birth.
